2. Products, Stock Availability, & Pre-Orders

Ready Stock Items: Unless specified otherwise in the product description, items listed are in-stock and ready to be processed for shipment.
Pre-Order (PO) Items: Items listed under catalogs or product titles marked as "PRE ORDER" are made-to-order or currently in production.
- Pre-Order production times typically take a minimum of 1 month (unless stated otherwise on the specific product page).
- By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you acknowledge and agree to this waiting period.
Production & Order Updates: All progress and status updates regarding Pre-Order items will be communicated via email notifications and our official Instagram Stories. We strongly advise customers to follow our official Instagram page to stay updated on their orders.

3. Pricing, Taxes, & Customs Duties

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include shipping fees, local import taxes, or customs duties.
Taxes & Customs Duties: We do not collect taxes or customs duties at checkout. Any applicable import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon arrival of the package in their respective country.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Carrier: All orders are fulfilled and dispatched via Pos Indonesia (Indonesia's official postal service).
Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery time typically ranges between 7 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and local customs processing speed.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including postal code and active phone number). We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrectly provided shipping information.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments through the secure payment gateways integrated into our checkout system.
All transactions must be completed in full before an order is processed, produced, or shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Cancellations or modifications to Pre-Order items are only permitted prior to the start of the production cycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yumido shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, delays caused by postal/customs services, or technical errors on the website.
